These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of southwestenergy.us (the "Site") and your communications with SignM Homes LLC d/b/a Southwest Energy ("Southwest Energy," "we," "us"). By using the Site, requesting an estimate, or opting in to our communications, you agree to these Terms.
Southwest Energy provides landscaping and outdoor-living services in the El Paso, TX area, including synthetic turf, concrete and hardscaping, stonework, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, and xeriscape. Estimate requests submitted through the Site are free and carry no obligation. All projects are governed by a separate written agreement signed before work begins; nothing on this Site constitutes a binding quote or contract.
By checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Southwest Energy at the phone number you provided. Messages may include estimate follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, and service notifications. These messages are informational and related to your estimate or service; no marketing or promotional messages are sent under this consent.
The Site, our services, and our SMS messaging program are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, submitting a form, or opting in to SMS messages, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from, or send messages to, anyone under 18.
You agree to use the Site lawfully and to submit accurate information in our forms. Site content — text, images, and branding — belongs to Southwest Energy and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind; project workmanship warranties are stated in your written project agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Southwest Energy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability related to Site use will not exceed $100. This limitation does not apply to obligations under a signed project agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any dispute is El Paso County, Texas. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date; continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
