Patios, pavers, flagstone, stamped concrete, retaining walls. Engineered base. Proper reinforcement. Control joints where they belong. Built to outlast the house.
Concrete and stone define how the yard flows. Done right, they last 30+ years with almost no maintenance. Done wrong, they crack, heave, and stain within two summers. The difference is not the material — it is the base prep and the expansion joints.
Foot traffic at 24–48 hours. Full cure for vehicle traffic: 7 days. Pool-deck and patio use: 72 hours.
All concrete cracks eventually — the question is where. We cut control joints every 8–10 feet so cracks form along the joints invisibly.
Color and texture closely — but concrete poured years apart is never identical. Most clients prefer a clean saw-cut joint or an intentional contrast.
